1. Terms and conditions
Esondata Company Limited (“Esondata”) and (Customer) hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") with respect to the products and services offered by Esondata Company Limited to the Customer of the wireless communication device and peripheral equipment (the "Equipment"), including, but not limited to, wireless devices, SIM cards, data cards, user guides, chargers, adapters, and related or additional services (the "Services") which are described herein or included in any agreement between Esondata Company Limited and the Customer for the products and/or services ("Agreement").
2. Use of equipment
A. The Customer will use the pocket Wi-Fi Equipment in a careful and proper manner at the destination listed in the order only.
B. Voice call can not be used, and is not allowed (except WiFi-enabled VoIP voice calls). The customer is required to bear all call costs, responsibility and 100% of administrative fines and compensation to the Company if voice call are being used on the pocket Wi-Fi equipment.
C. In some countries, a Fair Use Policy may be in place in accordance with
the business practices of the local internet service provider (the local
in-country wireless network carrier or operator). If a FUP is in place, it may
limit the transfer of a specific amount of data over a period of time. Internet
service providers commonly apply a cap on the amount
of wireless data when an individual user has exceeded a certain amount of data
within a specified time period (say 500mb/day), which can result in a throttle
down (slow down) of the connection speed.
D. In some countries, such as China, some applications have the opportunity to be restricted by the state, and the company will not bear the responsibility.
E. Esondata WiFi unlimited data speed limit package will be based on the local carrier network of the country, according to the local traffic fair use principle FUP, when the traffic usage is too large for a certain period of time, the local operator may adopt the restricted use or speed limit m
3. Network Performance
Esondata makes no guarantee regarding the service performance and availability of the service network(s). During peak periods (i.e. concurrent use of network resources by a larger number of users), the customer’s mobile data experience and use of the Service may be intermittently affected.
4. The application form and Contract
A. Applicants should return the completed application forms and return them directly via the company designated agent or/ by the Company Internet. Once the online application data is received, auto-reply by e-mail will be followed by the company. Rental of pocket Wi-Fi, designated service providers will be designated by the Company Products are being pre-set and the assigned rental equipment cannot be changed after the order is confirmed.
B. After the completion of the application in accordance with the formalities stipulated by the Company, an agent designated by the Company or the customer service dept. will require the applicant to make the full payment accordingly. Contract is confirmed upon receipt of full payment
C. Full amount of the deposit will be refunded to the customer upon return of all equipment to the company in good condition at the end of the contract period.
D. Full amount of rental charge and deposit will be refunded to the applicant if the equipments ordered are not available in stock or due to unforeseen circumstances the company is not able to provide the requested rental equipment to the applicant. No further claim by the customer will be given.
5. Equipment Delivery
A. The applicant must state the delivery method. The company will contact the applicant for the re-arrangement of the delivery if the company is not able to comply with the original requested delivery method. The company will bear all cost for this re-arrangement.
B. If there is no indication of the delivery method by applicant, the company assumes that applicant will pick up the device at our office during office hours.
C. On or before the designated return date, customer shall at its own costs return the Equipment to the our office (Suite 808, 8/F, 2-20 Paterson Street, Hang Lung Centre, Causeway Bay. Every monday to friday 11:30 - 19:30). Otherwise, Esondata shall impose a day charge as per the daily rental fee until the Equipment has been duly received by Esondata in good conditions.
6. Rental Period
A. The number of days between the Departure Date and Return Date. The Customer will pay the daily charges from the Departure Date (the date in which the Customer departs) until the Return Date (the day when the customer returns) for all of the Equipment specified in the Terms and Conditions. The customer may be liable to further rental charges if the equipment is not returned to the company by the following day. All the returned Equipment is accepted in writing by Esondata Company Limited that these are returned in good and acceptable condition. Equipment rental charges will be calculated as full days only and not based on fractional days.
The maximum rental period is for 30 days. Special arrangement can be made for rental period exceeding 30 days
B. If the Customer encounters any difficulty in using the Service while at
their destination, the Customer must immediately notify Esondata Company Limited
within the Rental Period in order to be entitled for any possible refund or
discount to the Charge. Any refund or discount to the Charge is solely at
Esondata Company Limited discretion. No refund or discount will be entertained
if the customer informs our company after his/her return cancellation to Hong

7. Cancellation of order
Any cancellation of order, the following administrative charges will be applied:
With more than 5 days prior to the Departure Date, 30% rental fee will be deducted and the Deposit will be fully refunded. (Courier fee will be charged separately)

8. Usage, Theft, Loss, and Damage Protection
A. The Customer agrees to use the Equipment in a careful and proper manner in accordance with the instructions as stipulated in the User Guide.
B. In the event that the Equipment is lost, damaged, stolen, or missing, customer is to notify Esondata Company Limited immediately either by phone (852-61815075) or by email (email@example.com). The Customer is liable for all Call Charges on such Equipment until it is deactivated by the cellular carrier in the designated destination.
C. If the equipment is found to be damaged after its return to the company, the company will conduct an inspection on the equipment in the presence of the customer to determine the cause of the problem in order to avoid future controversy.
D. The following fees are imposed for the damaged or lost items:

9. ProhibitionsA. The applicant shall not install the device on the Internet or other mechanical accessories, and shall not engage in transformation, decomposition or other cause damage or malfunction of the behavior of Internet devices.
B. The applicant shall not engage in the communications equipment sublet, transfer, pledge to a third person, or for a third person as a subject, such as guarantees against acts of ownership of the company.
C. The applicant may not use the Company's access equipment for any irregularities or illegal acts.
10. Fair Use Policy
A. To ensure fair and equitable to all customers to communicate, customers must use all the equipment in accordance with the Company Terms of Service. Telecommunications provider reserves the right to change their service models and policies, without notice.

A. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to disable all
data roaming service of devices (where appropriate). Esondata will not entertain
any dispute for data roaming charges incurred to the customer if the customer
fails to disable the device as aforesaid.
B. Esondata will not be responsible for the failure to access the internet using the Service if the failure was due to the customer’s smartphone error and/or settings which failed to provide Internet services.
C. To the maximum extent permitted by laws, in no event shall Esondata be liable to the customer and/or any third parties for any indirect, special and consequential loss and damage (which includes, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill) which may arise out of or in connection with the Service. In case of proven breach by Esondata, customer’s sole and entire remedy shall be the refund by Esondata of the rental fee for the Service involved.

Esondata reserves the rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, Esondata’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
13. Roaming Charges
device is allowed to be used in specified countries only otherwise roaming charges of
HK$100 per MB will be included.
Esondata Company Limited has the right to terminate the customer WIFi service due to roaming charges without notice.
Customer renting GoPro should pay $2000 extra deposit for each GoPro which can use credit card for holding the limit.
15. Personal Information Statement
Esondata is collecting the customer’s personal data for the sole purpose of providing Pocket Wi-Fi / SIM Card Rental Service.
A. Customer must ensure that information provided to Esondata is up to date, complete and accurate in all respects.
B. Esondata will comply with the obligations and requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
